Refund Policy
Our exchange policy lasts 7 days . if 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately , we can’t offer you an exchange.
exchanges will be accepted only in the case of a manufacturing defect or dispatch of the incorrect itm . your exchange request should be sent by email to nileshpatolaart@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt of the package . The product should then be couriered back to Nilesh Patola Art within 7 days of receipt of the same . your garment must be in its original unused condition to be exchanged . The garment should also be sent back in the original packaging with the bills and tags intact .
To be eligible for an exchange, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it . it must also be in the original packaging .
To complete your return , we require a receipt or proof of purchase .
there are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted ( if applicable ) any item not due to our error any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

once your return is received and inspected , we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund . if you are approved , then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied tp your credit cards or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days .

If you haven’t received a refund yet , first check your bank account again .
Then contact your credit card company , it may take some time before your refund is officially posted .
